Teleportation is a higher level skill that involves taking "short-cuts" through other dimensions that operate on a different time scale. Teleportation in neotoy is unique due to the fact that it is not instantaneous in the conventional sense. When a denizen teleports they actually enter another world, one which they are forced to navigate and adapt to until they can locate the right exit point. They may spend years navigating through this other dimension. Once they exit however they return to the NC at more or less the exact same instant they left it, only at a different location. Several story arcs should involve the 'behind-the-scenes' look at a lifetime lived in an alternate dimension.
